Trailbreaker Resources Mobilizes To Coho Property For Inaugural Diamond Drill Program

August 31, 2026 – Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) (“Trailbreaker” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the commencement of the maiden drill program at the Company’s 8,000-hectare Coho Property in central British Columbia (BC).  The Coho Property is located 90 km north of the Town of Fort St. James, BC and 30 km west of the Mt. Milligan copper-gold (Cu-Au) porphyry deposit (Figure 1). The property is road accessible, with a large network of Forest Service Roads and logging roads within the claims.

Figure 1: Location of the Coho Project. Diamond drilling will be conducted at the Coho Zone.

Daithi Mac Gearailt, CEO of Trailbreaker, commented, “Mobilization to Coho marks an important step forward for Trailbreaker as we move from surface exploration into the drilling phase. Coho has shown strong potential across multiple targets, and we are eager to put the drill bit into the ground and start generating the data that will define this system.”

The diamond drill program will be focused on the Coho Zone, a Cu-Au porphyry target with recently completed property-wide geochemical and geophysical surveys. The zone hosts recently identified coincident induced polarization (IP) chargeability and resistivity anomalies, associated with high-grade gold and copper values from surface rock grab samples. While there has been limited historical drilling within the claim block, the actual Coho Zone has never been drilled.

In June, 2026, Trailbreaker conducted a surface exploration program at the Masu Zone, located along the western boundary of the Coho Property. This program targeted the potential extension of the “A Zone” identified by Pacific Empire Minerals (‘PEMC’) on its adjoining Trident Property, from which positive results were released in January 2026. The Trident Property is contiguous with Coho’s western border. Drilling at the Trident Property’s ‘A Zone’ returned results including 240.0 m of 0.64% Cu, 0.41 g/t Au, and 2.8 g/t silver (Ag)1. The Masu Zone is located 3.3 km east of the A Zone*. Results from this program are currently being compiled by Trailbreaker Resources.

More about the Coho Property (link to presentation)

The 8,000-hectare Coho Property was acquired by Trailbreaker through an option agreement signed in May 2025, whereby Trailbreaker has the option to acquire a 100% interest (see May 26, 2025 news release).

Located within the Quesnel tectonic terrane, the Coho Property is situated in a district known for prolific alkalic Cu-Au porphyry deposits and prospects. The property is located 30 km west of Centerra Gold’s Mount Milligan Cu-Au porphyry deposit, a producing mine with current reserves of 1.7 B lbs Cu and 4.3 Moz Au (470,332 kt grading 0.17% Cu and 0.28 g/t Au)2. To the north lies Pacific Ridge Resources’ Chuchi property, where 2024 drilling returned 382.0 m of 0.19% Cu, 0.12 g/t Au, and 0.47 g/t Ag3 from the BP Zone.

The Coho Zone is defined by a 650 m x 550 m Cu-Au-Ag surface rock and soil geochemical anomaly within diorite, and is spatially associated with an ENE-trending fault zone (the Coho fault) and gabbro dykes. Two additional faults, the Valley and Redline faults, extend south from the BP Zone (Chuchi Property) onto the Coho Property and converge with the Coho fault at the Coho Zone. Historic surface grab samples at the Coho Zone returned values up to 16.15 g/t Au, 16.35% Cu, and 67.3 g/t Ag.

A recent (2022) airborne ZTEM (Z-axis Tipper electromagnetic) survey centered on the Coho Zone, followed by a 2023 ground-based IP survey, identified an interpreted 400 m x 250 m x 200 m-deep porphyry intrusive complex (3D ZTEM anomaly) with a two-limbed IP chargeability high anomaly that spans more than 1.4 km.

The Coho Zone is located 4.5 km south of the BP Zone (Chuchi Property) and is currently interpreted to be situated along the same Valley/Redline Fault structure that hosts the BP Zone. Alkalic porphyry deposits commonly occur in clusters and Trailbreaker’s team believes the Coho Property, in particular the Coho Zone, may represent a Cu-Au porphyry system similar to the surrounding prospects and deposits. Trailbreaker has interpreted this system to be part of a cluster of deposits found along the margin of the Hogem batholith.

Trailbreaker Receives Advanced Exploration Permit For Liberty Copper-Molybdenum Project, British Columbia

August 24, 2026 – Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) (“Trailbreaker” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the receipt of a property-wide exploration permit for its 6,895-hectare Liberty Property, located in central British Columbia (BC), Canada.

The Liberty Property is a drill-ready copper-molybdenum (Cu-Mo) porphyry target situated 60 km northwest of Quesnel, BC (Figure 1).

A 5-year Multi-Year Area-Based (MYAB) Mines Act permit has been approved by the BC Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals with a provisional expiry date of July 23rd, 2031.

Approved Exploration Activities

  • Diamond drilling, based from up to 50 drill pads.
  • Construction of temporary work-related structures such as core storage and drill lay-down areas.
  • Construction/modification of exploration access trails (up to 17 km).

Daithi Mac Gearailt, CEO of Trailbreaker, commented: “Receiving this advanced exploration permit is a key milestone for the Liberty Property. We’re excited to move forward with testing what we view as a robust geophysical target within a proven Cu-Mo porphyry district alongside deposits including the Gibraltar Mine. This permit allows us to advance a more aggressive exploration program, and we look forward to building on this momentum as we continue to unlock the potential of our project portfolio.”

About the Liberty Property (link to presentation)

The 6,895-hectare Liberty Property is located approximately 60 km northwest of Quesnel, BC and 90 km southwest of Prince George, BC. The property is fully accessible by resource roads. The Liberty Property is located within the Traditional Territory of the Nazko First Nation, with whom Trailbreaker is committed to engagement and to building a working relationship.

The Liberty Property is situated within the Cache Creek terrane, which hosts multiple Cu-Mo porphyry deposits, including Trekor’s (formerly Taseko) Gibraltar Mine, which is the second largest open-pit copper mine in Canada. Located 110 km southeast of the Liberty Property, the Gibraltar Mine has Proven and Probable sulphide facies reserves of 532M tonnes grading 0.25% Cu with a cut-off grade of 0.15% Cu. Proven and Probably oxide facies reserves are 20M tonnes grading 0.17% Cu with a cut-off grade of 0.10% Cu.

Figure 1: Location of the Liberty Cu-Mo Property.

Trailbreaker’s 2024 drill program at Liberty encountered widespread Cu-Mo porphyry-style mineralization at the northeastern margin of a large Cu-in-soil geochemical anomaly. Drilling returned numerous ~200m+ intervals of low-grade Cu-Mo mineralization (e.g. 213.7 m of 0.07% Cu, 141 ppm Mo in LIB24-001) punctuated by higher-grade mineralization (e.g. 34.2 m of 0.18% Cu, 428 ppm Mo, in turn including 5.9 m of 0.69% Cu, 1,994 ppm Mo in LIB24-003) (see July 22, 2024 news release). Mineralization is coincident with an induced polarization (IP) chargeability feature and is hosted in porphyritic granodiorite.

Soil sampling in 2024 defined a property-scale (~10 km in length and up to 1.8 km wide) arc-shaped, Cu-in-soil anomaly. Prospecting within the southwestern portion of the geochemical anomaly has defined an area of high-grade copper mineralization, with grab samples assaying up to 23.71% Cu (see September 16, 2024 news release). This high-grade copper mineralization is interpreted to be genetically related to a large Cu-Mo porphyry mineralization system.

Drill Targeting at Liberty

Future drill targets at Liberty have been determined from the results of the 2024 IP survey, the 2024 airborne ZTEM (Z-axis Tipper electromagnetic) survey, and the surface geochemical surveys (see January 13, 2025 news release). Figure 2 displays the three target areas, shown as P1, P2, and P3.

Figure 2: P1 target is defined by a large zone of low to moderate IP chargeability (>7 mV/V), centered on an area of strong chargeability (>20 mV/V). This chargeability anomaly occurs within the resistive intrusive complex, where no outcrop is present. The target is ‘up-ice’ of the glacially transported multi-element anomaly, the focus of past exploration. Drilling in 2024 intersected the northern extent of the chargeability anomaly and displayed long intervals of continuous Cu-Mo mineralization in drill core. Similar ZTEM, magnetic, and geochemical characteristics of P1 are observed at both P2 and P3, defining additional porphyry targets at Liberty.

For more information on this target see the Liberty Project webpage.

Trailbreaker Resources Completes Drilling At The Swan Zone, Atsutla Gold Project, British Columbia

August 10, 2026 – Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) (“Trailbreaker” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the completion of its maiden drill program at the Swan Zone, within Trailbreaker’s 100%-owned, 300 km² Atsutla Gold Project in northwestern British Columbia (BC), Canada.

The Swan Zone is a Cu-Au-Ag (copper-gold-silver) porphyry target defined by coincident geochemical and geophysical anomalies. The recently completed diamond drill program was part of a larger drill program that also targeted the Highlands Zone, a high-grade vein-hosted gold target. The two zones are 26 km apart and hosted in entirely different geological units. The Highlands Zone is hosted in the Jurassic Christmas Creek batholith, and the Swan Zone is hosted in the Cretaceous Glundebery batholith.

Figure 1: Diamond drill rig at the Swan Zone, targeting a 1.5 km x 1.5 km multi-element soil geochemical anomaly coincident with a 2.1 km x 1.4 km chargeability anomaly.

The completed diamond drill program at the Swan Zone consisted of two holes totalling 801.00 metres (see Table 1 for collar information). The drilling comprised initial testing along a strike length of 1,000 m and a vertical extent of 395 m. For details on the Swan Zone drill target, see the July 27, 2026 news release.

The preceding diamond drill program at the Highlands Zone consisted of four holes totalling 883.40 metres. The drilling tested a strike length of 500 m and a vertical extent of 412 m. For details on the Highlands Zone drill target, see the June 29, 2026 news release.

A total of 1,000 drill core samples (including standard reference material and blank samples placed at regular intervals) were submitted to Bureau Veritas’ prep lab in Whitehorse, YT. Assay results will be released following compilation and data verification.

Message from the President

“This was a well-executed drill program that provided us with an excellent opportunity to finally test two quality targets that we have been developing for the past five years. This was a first-pass, exploratory program, and we achieved our goals while remaining within budget. I would like to thank our drill contractor, Empire Drilling, and the Trailbreaker team for all of their hard work.” – Daithi Mac Gearailt

More about the Atsutla Gold Project

The Atsutla Gold Project is centered over the regional-scale Teslin-Thibert fault system which marks the contact between the Quesnel and Cache Creek terranes. Gold mineralization is associated with two distinct Mesozoic batholitic intrusions that are the predominant geological units on the property. Since discovery in 2020, Trailbreaker has outlined five significant zones of gold mineralization on the property, across a span of 26 kilometers. These are:

  • Highlands Zone – A 2.0 km by 1.5 km area in the western Atsutla Gold Project region, with veins containing coarse visible gold assaying up to 630 g/t Au and 1,894 g/t Ag.
  • Christmas Creek Zone – Gold-bearing quartz veins 1.5 km east of the Highlands Zone, with rock samples assaying up to 102 g/t Au and 524 g/t Ag.
  • Snook Zone – High-grade veins 3.5 km northeast of the Highlands Zone, with rock samples assaying up to 53.3 g/t.
  • Willie Jack Zone – 1.25 km long gold-in-soil anomaly with soil samples assaying up to 3.77 g/t Au and rock samples up to 9.9 g/t Au.
  • Swan Zone – A Cu-Au-Ag porphyry target defined by a 1.5 km x 1.5 km multi-element soil geochemical anomaly (Au-Cu-Ag-As [arsenic]-Mo [molybdenum]-Sb [antimony]-Bi [bismuth]), with rock grab samples grading up to 11.7 g/t Au, 212 g/t Ag, and 0.81% Cu. The geochemical anomaly is coincident with a 2.1 km x 1.4 km donut-shaped chargeability high (defined by a 2024 induced polarization survey) as well as a zone of elevated potassium marked by a magnetic low signature indicated from a 2024 airborne magnetic and radiometric survey.
